A delicate, washed process coffee sourced at 1250-1450 masl from the Dipilto-Jalapa mountain range in Nueva Segovia. A first impression of dried apricot leads before settling into a sweet, juicy, and balanced profile with notes of macadamia nut, brown sugar, and lemon zest.
